The Key Involvement of Sponsors
Pinhoe Spartans is delighted to have positive longstanding relationships with a number of sponsors, and the generosity and significant support shown by these individuals and organisations is vital to the success of the Club.

We understand that sponsorship is an essential element to the positive promotion and continued enjoyment of our sport. However, we are committed to the protection of our young charges and insist that sponsorship activity is limited to that which can be seen to be enriching, enabling or empowering for them. The Club and its teams may receive financial aid and/or practical assistance in a variety of guises from its sponsors.

It can help to:
• purchase football kit, team wear and equipment
• enable access to facilities
• provide specific skilled support (e.g. fundraising or administration)

We are equally aware of and accept our responsibilities to promote and support our sponsor(s) in an appropriate manner. We endeavor to conduct ourselves with integrity and the utmost sportsmanship, taking care to bring credit by association. In addition we strive to ensure our sponsors can feel directly connected and gratified through their involvement.

Our sponsors can benefit from:
• positive brand association
• increased brand awareness
• sense of pride and shared success

In specific terms it is common for:
• team wear and kit to prominently display logos and corporate messages
• hyperlinks to feed sponsors websites from Club website and team pages
• team managers to produce and submit regular reports, photographs and litterature to promote the teams involvement in sporting activity and social events, and use this opportunity to highlight the support provided by the sponsor(s)
• framed team photos to be provided for display in the work place
• invitation to attend matches, training and social events
• sponsors to nominate a recipient for an award in their name at the end of season presentation event.

Potential sponsors are encouraged to consider whether they wish to provide support across the Club or to a specific team, and are welcome to discuss the possibilities, extent and nature of their involvement so the agreement is tailored to their needs.
